Unfortunately, Due to ongoing impacts of Covid-19 Direct Freight and our other courier partners are experiencing staffing shortages which is causing significant delays to quoted shipping timeframes. In some cases, there are also scanning delays which result in some discrepancies with tracking information.

All orders will be shipped from our Australia warehouse (139 Keys Road, Moorabbin, VIC). We offer FREE shipping on all qualified orders. Please refer to the table below for the regions we ship to and the estimated shipping time.

  • Processing Time: For “In Stock” products, it typically takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to prepare for the shipping after the order is placed.  The tracking information can take extra time to be updated after the tracking number is created.
  • Delivery Time: The final delivery time can vary depending on your local carrier.

    • Our shipping partner in Australia is Direct Freight, you could go to there website to track your order, using the tracking number we sent.
    • When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send an email to the email address you left when placing the order, with your tracking information.
